BlackMoon Wear is a United States-based print-on-demand apparel and accessories store. Every product is created specifically for each customer upon purchase and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.

Because every item is custom made, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

3. Products

All products are made to order.

We strive to display product colors, sizing, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly due to:

• Manufacturing tolerances

• Fabric characteristics

Minor differences in color, print placement, stitching, or garment dimensions are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

5. Payments

Payment is required before production begins.

We accept payment through the payment methods available during checkout.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully authorized.

6. Order Processing

Production typically begins within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Production times are estimates and may increase during holidays, peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all products are made specifically for each customer:

• Orders may only be cancelled or modified before production begins.

• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping

BlackMoon Wear ships worldwide.

Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their country.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

BlackMoon Wear is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs inspections

• Weather events

• Natural disasters

• Government actions

• Postal disruptions

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier.

Claims regarding missing packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is entered, additional shipping and replacement costs may apply.

BlackMoon Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

Because all items are custom printed upon order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted except for:

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
