Refund & Exchange Policy

At BlackMoon Wear, every product is made to order specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom printed after an order is placed, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a quality product and are happy to assist with eligible exchanges or replacements.
By placing an order with BlackMoon Wear, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
Be unworn and unwashed.
Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or damage.
Be in its original condition.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
Size Exchanges
We understand that shopping online can make sizing difficult.
If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
To request a size exchange:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Follow the return instructions we provide.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we'll begin production of your replacement item.
Customers are responsible for:
Return shipping costs.
Shipping costs for the replacement item.
To help avoid sizing issues, please review the size chart included with each product before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
Damaged during shipping
With a manufacturing defect
With a printing defect
As an incorrect product
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
Photos of the shipping packaging if applicable
Once verified, we'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
No Refunds
Because every product is custom made specifically for each customer, BlackMoon Wear does not issue refunds except where required by applicable law.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed because each item is produced specifically for that order.
If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Reshipping fees may be required.
Replacement costs may be necessary if the original shipment cannot be recovered.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is:
Refused by the recipient,
Left unclaimed,
Or returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided,
the customer is responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.
Refunds are not available for refused or unclaimed packages.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.
If tracking information shows the package as Delivered, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members or neighbors.
Claims involving delivered packages will be reviewed individually.
Product Variations
Every item is individually printed upon order.
Minor variations may occur in:
Print placement
Color
Garment dimensions
Fabric texture
Stitching
These variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Actual colors may also vary slightly due to differences in monitor, tablet, and mobile device displays.
Artistic Interpretation
BlackMoon Wear creates original graphic layouts and fan-inspired artwork.
We cannot offer exchanges or replacements based on personal preference regarding artistic style, color interpretation, or design appearance when the received product matches the images and description provided on the product page.
Holiday Production & Shipping
Production and shipping times may increase during holidays, promotional events, or periods of exceptionally high order volume.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, BlackMoon Wear cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated.
